Subjects Taught

I went to Jackson Christian School all of my life. I started there when I was 3 years old up until I graduated in 2009. After that I went to Freed-Hardeman University and received my Bachelor's degree of Science in Mathematics and Secondary Education. I am currently working on my Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of West Florida.

I student taught at Rose Hill Middle School teaching 8th grade math then South Side High School teaching Algebra I. After I graduated in December 2013, I taught at Crockett County High School teaching Algebra II as a transition teacher. I then taught at Liberty Technology Magnet High School in Jackson, TN teaching Algebra I and II. Before I taught here, I taught at Chester County High School teaching Geometry.

My name is Rose Gilmore. I will be getting married come this December and my new last name will be Naes. It won't really effect my fall semester students, but I know the spring semester might get a little confused. I won't take offense if you call me Miss Gilmore. I currently live in Jackson, TN. I come from a family of teachers, so this is no new experience for me. This is my first year teaching in Humboldt, but I am so excited. I know that we will get a lot done and we will try to have fun doing it.
