Hello Students, my name is Dr. Frank E. Thomas. I will be our Physical Education and Wellness teacher this school year. It is my desire that we have a very successful school year despite the pandemic.

I am here to teach you and to make this learning experience enjoyable and profitable. We have several means of contact whereby you may reach me. We have Schoology, TEAMS, e-mail, and the phone. We also have the computer apparatus that you will fine very resourceful and a plethora and references to make the education journey successful.
