I graduated from Gibson County High School in 1998.
After high school I wanted to go into manufacturing and metalworking, instead of college I chose to go to work…..I wouldn’t change a thing about my career path, it’s been great to my family and me.
While in high school I worked for a local tool & die shop, I was hired full time the day I graduated.
I worked as a tool and die maker for several years & later moved into engineering and management.
Fabrication and welding has always been my passion, for the past 5 years I have been a co-owner in a welding and fabrication business.
I previously taught in Humboldt from 2000-2005, I came back in 2019 with the hope of teaching a career path that doesn’t require college debt and student loans.
Humboldt High School has one of the best machine shop/welding classes in the state, students have a wonderful opportunity of a high paying career if they put forth the effort in this class.
I’ve been married to my wife Casey for 16 years.
We have two kids, Ali & Owen, they both go to school in Bradford.
Both my kids participate in rodeo events, most weekends you’ll find us on the road driving to rodeos where my kids compete.
