High School Science Teacher
I graduated from Dickson County High School. After graduation, I attended and graduated from Freed-Hardeman University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. I am currently working on my Masters of Arts in Teaching from Freed-Hardeman University.
I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish and a Bachelor or Arts Degree in Biology.
I started teaching here at Humboldt Jr. Sr. High School in August 2019. I taught Spanish 1 and Spanish 2 that year. This year I will be teaching Biology 1 and Physical Science. This will be my 2nd year here at HJSHS!
I married my best friend in May of this year (2020)! His name is Tristan and he is an Algebra 1 and Algebra 2 teacher at Chester County High School. We don’t have any children, but we ADORE our one year old nephew Zion!
When I am not teaching, I enjoy reading, listening to music, listening to audio books, baking, painting, playing board games (especially chess), playing the violin, learning more about Spanish and American Sign Language (the other two languages I speak), and growing plants (my husband and I are currently propagating succulents).
