About Me

Educational History:

I graduated from Urbana High School in Urbana, IL. in 1998.

I graduated from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in 2010.

Degrees and Certifications:

I have a degree in Middle Childhood Education, licensed to teach grades 4-8 in English and Social Studies.

Current Position:

I started teaching in Humboldt in December of 2010, days after I graduated from UAPB.

This is my second term in Humboldt City Schools, making this my 6^th year in this district.

I am currently teaching 8^th grade U. S. History and helping with 7^th grade World History.

Previous Position:

After my first term with HCS I taught at my hometown middle school in Illinois, Urbana Middle School. I was there 3 years before I returned to TN for family reasons. Then, I taught in Jackson, TN for a year at North Parkway Middle School and returned to Humboldt for my second term.
